New residential complex in Zeuthen
For the property Dorfstraße 35 in 15738 Zeuthen, the construction of a new residential complex is planned. The planned GFA is approximately 3,200 m².
Content is the structural design of the residential building. The dimensions are width: about 27m and the length about 38m. The building consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor and attic floor as upper floor with partly recessed walls. The roof is shaped like a mansard roof. However, the ceilings above OG2 are planned as massive reinforced concrete slabs, which are mainly supported only on the inner walls. The wooden roof construction essentially reshapes these ceilings. The basement is for the most part an underground car park with wide-span ceilings. Wall-type supports are used for load transfer.

New construction of a balcony in Lützowstraße in Berlin
The construction project involves the extension of a 5-storey balcony as an aluminum construction to an existing residential building. Main dimensions per balcony: L x W = 3,60m x 1,90m The balconies are each stored at 4 points on supports, which forward the loads over strip foundations in the ground. The connection to the building is made with movable consoles. The balconies consist of a supporting horizontal aluminum frame with cross girders and a bottom floor plate as a water-bearing level. As a floor covering concrete stone slabs are used. The foundation takes place on a load-distributing reinforced concrete slab with three beams as a base for the column support. The erosion takes place on the basis of the moderate soil characteristics via well rings in the load-bearing soil layers.

The report documents the first ascent of the building, including the building envelope.
